ISA is a separate issue, not (yet at least) on the table for destruciton. A couple of years ago, the decision was made at the district level that students can no longer attend both ISA and NESA. So right now, ISA isn't part of the conversation, EXCEPT for us to show the district that our cost-per-student is artificially high since enrollment in NESA dropped when that ISA decision was made.
