This is Scarlit, the neighbor's Rottweiler puppy. I ADORE HER! Scarlit came to visit a few days ago and she fell in love with Arrow. She followed his around licking his face and pouncing on him. Arrow was less than impressed. He isn't really a fan of other dogs, particularly when they are rambunctious. He thinks they are just so juvenile.
