This is the last packet of the miracle drug I got in Italy that takes care of nausea in about 30 seconds. It's sold over the counter there and is like the Italian equivalent of Alka Seltzer. 
It will be missed. I can't find it anywhere. If anyone is going to Italy any time soon please stock up for me. My stomach thanks you.
(PS It is an AMAZING hangover cure too.)
